Observed Data
The observed data section allows users to input and visualize experimental or clinical data. By incorporating observed data into the PBPK model, users can validate and refine their simulations, ensuring that the model accurately reflects real-world drug behavior.
Select observed data
A list of available observed data can be found under 'Select Observed Data' dropdown. The observed data filters based on the selected drug (if any) on the 'Drug Profile' tab and the species and age groups as well from the 'Characteristics' tab.
Upload Observed file
Users can also upload their own observed data in either CSV or an excel format by clicking on the 'Upload Observed Data' button. The uploaded data should contain columns for time and concentration values, along with time and concentration units. A template file of the file format can be downloaded by clicking the 'download template' link provided.
Once uploaded, the observed data will be displayed in the plot alongside the simulated PBPK model results for comparison.
